Data and honesty

Nothing is invented
Every word of a tailored CV is checked against what the student wrote. A number, employer or date they never wrote is removed, and they are told.
The student approves everything
Each change sits next to the line it replaces. Nothing is saved or sent without the student's say-so.
CVs and videos stay on the device
The CV file is read in the browser, and practice videos are never uploaded. Students can download or delete everything we hold. GDPR is the baseline.
LinkedIn is never automated
We never log in to LinkedIn or read it for a student. The profile review works from text or the PDF the student exports themselves.

Who built it
Involve Resume was built by Aditya Shashidhar, an alumnus of EDHEC Business School with an exchange at Stanford Graduate School of Business. He applied for a great many roles across Europe himself and ended up at Google and Amadeus and on leadership programmes in the Nordics — and now reviews a lot of student CVs. The same three problems come up every time: a CV never tailored to the role, responsibilities instead of results, and the wrong format for the country. This is the tool that fixes those three at scale.
